Wembley Stadium - Leisure industry

When Wembley Stadium opened its doors once more in Spring 2007, it was inviting the world to a state of the art, world class sporting facility. Supported by a long and illustrious history of sporting achievements, the new Wembley Stadium offered first class facilities with unrivalled comfort for audiences who wanted to enjoy the sports, music and entertainment events on offer.

Wembley recognised that there would be high demand for the corporate facilities at the stadium and launched Club Wembley offering guaranteed seats, an unrivalled view, a direct charter train service, fast track entry to the stadium and access to the superb catering facilities.

To promote this prestigious service Wembley turned to brandedmedia to create a VIP corporate welcome package for new members to the exclusive Club Wembley. The package needed to reflect the high-end, high-value offer of the VIP corporate facility. brandedmedia’s goal was to create a welcome pack that would contain an information brochure, gifts and exclusive membership cards.

brandedmedia chose a rigid box using 2000 micron board, covered with Colourplan paper and silver foil blocked. The internal trays were lined and bespoke foam fitments inserted to hold the various gifts and exclusive membership cards relevant to the level of membership. Along with the VIP boxes came booklets, envelopes and various high end pens and collar pins.

The delivery of the boxes is also the responsibility of brandedmedia who run a continuous mailing and storage project for Wembley for the above. Each new member receives their gift pack together with a personalised letter. brandedmedia takes the delivery of these boxes so seriously that on occasions, the boxes are hand-delivered to their destination!
