Replication | Mini DVD Replication

Brandedmedia provide the complete solutions for your Mini DVD Replication project. Mini DVD replication produces 8cm DVDs with a 1.4GB capacity or approximately 30 minutes of video footage.  From your digital linear tape (DLT) or DVD-R master we will transfer your data to a glass master from which we will create a metal stamper.  This stamper will then be mounted on our automated pressing machines and will press your discs from the raw polycarbonate.  The reflective layer is then added by an aluminium sputtering process so the disc is then readable by the laser on your DVD player.

Printing options for Mini DVD Replication are litho or screen printing.  These are both full colour printing solutions with the flexibility to add pantone colours; screen printing is more suited for block colour designs (e.g. corporate logos) whilst lithoprinting is ideal for more complex designs with colour gradients or photo images.
