Replication | Mini CD Replication

As well as standard size 12cm discs, brandedmedia also provide 8cm Mini CD replication.  8cm Mini CD replication can give your project that unique feature to stand out from the crowd!  From your CD master, we will create a glass master and metal stamper which is then used to press the discs from the raw polycarbonate material using an injection moulding process. Molten aluminium is then sputtered onto the disc to create the reflective layer which is actually read by the CD player's laser.  Mini CDs can be screen or lithoprinted in full colour and/or with special pantone colours and have a capacity of 180MB.
